Unfortunately I don’t have these artifacts anymore.
Should you want to evaluate / use OpenSSO in your environment, I would suggest to download OpenAM the open source version, carried over by ex Sun folks under the ForgeRock company.
I can give you specific names if you wish.

Excellent article. I’m wondering whether you still have a copy of CustomClaimsAppPolicyService.xml and
CustomClaimsAppPolicyService.properties which are now broken links on the oracle site after oracle moved the original article by Robert Skoczylas and Marina Sum.
